FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You will receive the same item pictured in the images and as described.  Please be advised that the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the following images due to individual screen size, mobile device and or resolution of such devices.

Your transaction detail shall be sent to you via email if you created an account and provided your email.  A copy of your transaction detail is also provided if you checkout as a guest.

Refunds are only provided if the following applies:

  1. Orders arrived damaged. Proof of such damage will need to be provided via email to us.
  2.  You will notify Women’s Winter Coats of said damages within 2 calendar days of order receipt.
  3.  Order arrived damaged but you do not want a replacement to be sent.
