RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

This refund and return policy is to be used as a resource for all potential customers that elect to do business with Women’s Winter Coats.  Women’s Winter Coats may accept refunds or returns in the following instances only:

DAMAGED GOODS

Women’s Winter Coats will provide full refund/replacement if:

  1. Orders arrived damaged. Proof of such damage will need to be provided via email to sales@womenswintercoats.com
  2. You will notify Women’s Winter Coats of said damages within 2 calendar days of order receipt.
  3. Order arrived damaged but you do not want a replacement to be sent.

DELAYED ORDERS

  • Orders not received within 45 days. Tracking detail must indicate order is still outstanding.
  • Customer to notify Women’s Winter Coats via email after 45days to request a refund.
  • Women’s Winter Coats will not be held responsible by natural events caused by pandemic situations, Covid-19, shipping & carrier delays, shipper & carrier strikes, wars, earthquakes, floods, storms, heavy snow or any other naturally occurring events.

SHIPPING

  • Women’s Winter Coats is not responsible for the cost of shipping returned items.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
